Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and respect our stylists’ time, we kindly ask you to follow our cancellation guidelines:

  1. Notice Period

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  1. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 50% service fee.

  1. No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service before rebooking.

  1. Running Late

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients.

You can cancel or reschedule in person or by phone or text during business hours.
